Size and thickness of squid may vary, cook times are given as guidance, please note that larger thicker pieces may take longer to cook.
Remove all packaging. Add a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan. Add calamari to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally. For the last minute of cooking, squeeze the lime wedges over the calamari and serve. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 3-4 minutes)
