Cooking Instructions

Remove all packaging. Cook directly from frozen.All appliances vary in performance.The following instructions are a guide only.

Oven Cook

From Frozen
Pre-heat oven to 200�C. Evenly arrange Hake Fillets on a greased baking tray. Place tray in centre of oven and cook for 12-15 minutes until cooked.


From Frozen
Place Hake Fillets on a baking tray. Brush both sides of Hake Fillets with oil. Grill for 3 minutes. Turn and grill for further 3-4 minutes.

Shallow Fry

From Frozen
In a little pre-heated oil over moderated heat, fry Hake Fillets for 5-6 minutes turning frequently until cooked.

Deep Fry

From Frozen
Pre-heat oil to 170�C. Deep fry Hake Fillets for 3-4 minutes until cooked.
