Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film retaining sachet for later use. Foil divider does not need to be removed as it is oven safe. Place foil tray on a baking tray in centre of oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Ensure surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes. Whilst the lamb is resting, empty contents of sachet into a saucepan and heat gently for few minutes until piping hot. Serve on the side or pour over. (Time 20-25 mins Oven: 220�C, Fan: 200�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)
