Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Remove film lid. Lift encroutes from the foil using the parchment paper and brush with egg wash. Carefully remove encroutes from the parchment paper and place directly onto a baking tray. Place tray into a pre-heated oven (200�C /180�C Fan / Gas Mark 6) for 20-25 minutes. Cook thoroughly until product is piping hot, the pastry is golden brown, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Ensure hot before eating (Time 20-25 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
