Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Remove all packaging, lift out the pack of bavette. Distribute chips evenly over base of foil tray. Place foil tray on a baking tray in centre of oven. Turn halfway though cooking. (Time 18-20 minutes Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)


From Chilled/Ambient
Remove all packaging from the bavette. RARE MEDIUM 3-4 mins 4-6 mins Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Place steak into the pan, turning halfway through the cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Allow to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes before serving.
