Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) (fish), lemon, LEMON & THYME BUTTER (unsalted butter (milk), lemon zest, thyme, lemon juice, cornflour, sea salt, white pepper)

Take fish remove lemon from cavity, place fish with butter on tin foil and squeeze lemon over before cooking wrap tin foil over into a parcel. Place in baking tray and put in oven.
Place in a roasting tin (Time 25 mins Oven: 180�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
(Time 8 mins each side)
