Before opening, shake well. Remove lid from pot and place back on top loosely. Place the Quorn Red Thai Soup on a microwaveable plate. Cook on high E850W for 6 1/2 minutes, stirring half way through. Allow to stand for 1 minute after cooking.
Empty Quorn Red Thai soup into a saucepan. Cook on a medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
