Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before carving. (Time 35 mins per 500g + 35 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
