Cooking Instructions

Stir before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Oven cook pork belly only. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and peel back film. Remove pork belly from packaging and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Microwave the rice & sauce separately. (Time 25-30 mins Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)

Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Microwave rice and cabbage only. Remove sleeve and peel back film. Remove pork belly from packaging for oven heating as above. Remove sauce pot and set aside for heating separately. Place container with rice and cabbage on a microwaveable plate. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving with pork belly and sauce. To microwave sauce only. Remove lid of the dip pot and replace back loosely on top. Place sauce pot on a microwaveable plate and heat. Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Stir and pour sauce over the pork belly before serving.
