Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Oven cook battered hake only. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and peel back film. Remove battered hake from packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of oven. Heat until golden brown and piping hot. Microwave the sauce and vegetables separately. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 12-14 mins Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)

Microwave sauce and vegetables only. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook Remove sleeve and peel back film. Remove battered hake for oven cooking. Remove lid of the dip pot, replace back loosely on top and heat with vegetables in the container. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Serve with oven cooked battered hake. Do not reheat once cooled. (800W: 40 secs, 900W: 50 secs, 1000W: 50 secs)
