For best results microwave. Do not reheat once cooled.
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Using a fork, carefully remove the black insert and stir well. (800W: 4 mins, 900W: 3 mins 30 secs, 1000W: 3 mins 20 secs)
STIR FRY - HIGH HEAT Remove sleeve and film. Heat a dry wok or frying pan for 2 minutes. Add 5ml of oil and all contents except sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Remove black insert and add sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Serve immediately. (Time 6 mins)
