Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 or Fan Oven 180°C. Brush both sides of the Cauldron Burgers with a little oil, place onto a baking tray and cook on the middle oven shelf for 20 minutes.
Pre-heat grill to medium setting. Brush both sides of the Cauldron Burgers with a little oil and cook under the grill for 12 minutes, turning frequently.
