Cooking Instructions

Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.


From Chilled/Ambient
Remove all packaging. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add meat, cook for 2 minutes each side on a high to seal, reduce to a medium heat. Cook for a further 6-8 minutes for medium or 8-10 minutes for well done. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Remove skewers prior to serving. *PAN FRY 10-14 MINS* on FOP (Time 10-14 mins)
