30 minPreheat over to 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas 6. Remove film. Place on a baking tray. Cook on the middle shelf. If cooking from frozen, cook for 45 minutes.
6 minPierce film and cook at 800w. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
