Bring 1 L of water to boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt (if required). Boil the fresh protein pasta for 2-3 minutes without the lid. Ensure all the pasta is in the water during boiling time. The boiling time is 2-3 minutes and starts from the moment the water (containing pasta) starts boiling.
