Oven Cook

If sold as sausages: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. As these sausages have natural skins there is no need to prick them. If sold as sausagemeat: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Cut stuffing into equal pieces. Roll into small balls with lightly floured hands. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 20-25 mins Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
