From Frozen
To cook:Gently remove the fishcakes from the tray and place on a preheated baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven. Use these intructions as a guide.Fan Oven: 200°C for 20 mins.Conventional oven: 220°C/Gas mark 7 for 30 mins.

From Chilled
To cook:Gently remove the fishcakes from the tray and place on a preheated baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven. Use these intructions as a guide.Fan Oven: 200°C for 20 mins.Conventional oven: 220°C/Gas mark 7 for 20 mins.To cook from frozen, please add an extra 10 minutes to the recommended time.
