Preparation & Storage
- Create:Sticky Hoisin Spare Ribs(Serves 2)Marinate 500g spare ribs for 15 mins in 3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce and 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce. Oven cook for 20 mins at 200c/gas 6. Brush with a further 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce and cook for a further 5 mins or until cooked through.
Refrigerate after opening, use within 2 weeks and before the expiry date.
