Preheat oven. Remove all packaging, place chicken on a baking tray and cover with foil. Cook in the centre of oven for 35 minutes. Remove foil, baste and return to the oven for a further 30 minutes, until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 60-65 minutes Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
BARBECUE Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook in the oven first and place immediately on the barbecue for 5 minutes to finish off.
