Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Remove the harissa mayonnaise pot from the foil tray. Place the foil tray onto a baking tray and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Once cooked, add the mayonnaise evenly on top of both sweet potato burgers. Rinse the dressing pot before use. Serve. (Time 20 minutes Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
