Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Remove the marmalade sachet from the tray. Place the foil tray onto a baking tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Once cooked, add the contents of the sachet evenly on top of both mushrooms. Rinse the sachet before use. Serve. (Time 15 minutes Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
