Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink poultry. Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.
Place kebabs onto a lightly greased baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven. Turn kebabs halfway during cooking. Ensure product piping hot before serving. (Time 17-20 minutes Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
