Pan Fry Medium 6 - 8 minutes Well Done 8 - 10 minutes Remove all packaging. Remove the butter and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, add saltimbocca and cook on medium to high heat. Turn saltimbocca every 2 minutes to ensure even cooking and crisp prosciutto. Ensure surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Remove saltimbocca from the pan allow to rest for 5 minutes. Melt butter gently in a saucepan and pour over saltimbocca. (Time Medium 6-8 minutes; Well Done 8-10 minutes)
