Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film on both sides. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven, stir half way through. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. (Time 20 mins Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
