Dine in with our duck breast.Preheat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6 and remove all packaging.1. Heat a frying pan on the hob over a medium to high heat. Place the duck fillets skin side down into the frying pan and cook for 2-5 minutes until skin turns golden brown; turn over and seal the meat for 30 seconds.2. Place the duck fillets skin side up in a ovenable dish in the middle of the preheated oven for 15 minutes.3. When the duck is cooked, cover and rest the meat in a warm place for 5 minutes before serving. All ovens vary in performance, this is a guide only.
