Dine in with our duck breast.Preheat oven to 200°C; Fan 180°C; Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve and film and put sachet to one side.1. Heat a frying pan on the hob over a medium to high heat. Place duck fillets skin side down into the hot frying pan. Cook for 2-5 minutes until the skin turns golden brown; turn over and seal the meat for 30 seconds.2. Remove the duck from the hob, place the duck fillets back in the foil tray; skin side up. Place it into a preheated oven for 15 minutes.3. Rest the duck for 5 minutes and heat the sauce in a pan for 1-2 minutes; or in the microwave for 1 minute (Cat D 750W).Serve the duck sliced with the sauce poured over.All ovens vary in performance, this is a guide only.
