Preheat oven. Remove all packaging including the foil. Run a blunt knife around the edge of the quiche to release it from the tray. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Stand for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 18 mins Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
