Put the lid back on loosely so steam can escape, then place in a microwave and cook on full power (900W) for 4 minutes.3. Allow to stand for 1 minute then stir the sauce through the meal. Be careful, the tray will be hot.Check the meal is piping hot throughout.Do not reheat once cooled. For other microwave wattages, adjust times according to the manufacturers handbook.
