Medium Heat: Rare 4-6 mins, Medium 6-8mins, Well Done 8-10 minsHeat 1 tbsp of oil in frying pan, add steak and cook on high heat to seal. Turn and seal other side, reduce heat. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Cover with foil and leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish (barbecues vary in efficiency).
