Baking: Bake for an hour in a preheated oven, 200�C or Gas Mark 6. When cooked, cut a cross in the top with a knife, add a little butter or your favourite filling and enjoy!Wedges: Leavening the skin on cut each potato into 8 wedges. Toss wedges in a bowl with some olive oil, put them on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 200�C or Gas Mark 6. Serve with your favourite creamy or spicy dip!
