Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Pat crumb firmly onto the steak. Cook on a high heat for 2 minutes to crisp up the crumb, then reduce the heat to medium. Turn half way through cooking. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked before serving. Heat until piping hot (Time rare 4-6 mins medium 6-8 minutes well done 8-10 minutes)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. For use by see front of pack. Once opened consume within 1 day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted. Do not exceed use by date.
