Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap fish pieces in parchment or lightly buttered foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of oven. (Time 30 - 35 minutes Oven: 190�C, Fan: 170�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
POACH FROM FROZEN 3-5 minutes Remove all packaging. Place fish pie mix into a pan with enough water or milk to cover. Bring to the boil. Cover with a lid and reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Do not reheat once cooled
