Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove lid and stir as some natural separation may occur. Remove lid and replace loosely on top of the pot. Place the pot in the centre of the microwave. Heat on FULL POWER for time shown. Stir halfway through heating time. replace lid loosely. Continue heating for remainder of time shown. Check that the product is piping hot - if not heat for further brief period. (800W: 5 MINS, 900W: 4 MINS 30 SECS, 1000W: 4 MINS 30 SEC)
Stir gravy as some natural separation may occur. Empty contents in to a saucepan. Heat over a medium heat for 6 - 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Check food is piping hot. If not heat for a further brief period (Time 6-7 mins)
