Preparation & Storage
- Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 30 mins Oven: 220�C, Fan: 200�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium/hot grill, turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 10-15 mins)
BBQ (logo) Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date see front of pack. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
