Type Temp Well Done Medium Rare Electric 180�C 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins Per 500g (�Kg) Fan 160�C 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins Per 500g (� Kg) Gas Gas 4 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins Per 500g (� Kg) + 30 mins + 25 mins + 20 mins Preheat oven. Place the meat in a roasting tin. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place 10-15 minutes before carving. Cooks Tip: Seal joint for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan, turning occasionally. Then cook as above. Do not reheat once cooled. ( Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
