Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook Remove outer packaging. Place bag on a microwaveable plate, pierce bag several times. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Check that food is piping hot, if not, heat for a further brief period. To serve, carefully cut the bag open and slide out the kipper fillets with melted butter onto a plate. (650W: 6 mins, 750W: 5� mins, 850W: 5 mins)
Poach from frozen: 20 minutes Remove bag from carton. Bring pan of water to the boil. Immerse bag of kippers, bring back to the boil then cover pan and simmer for 20 minutes. To serve, remove bag from pan, carefully cut the bag open and slide out the kipper fillets with melted butter onto a plate. Do not reheat once cooled
