Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear.
Remove all packaging and preheat oven. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add meat and brown on all sides. Transfer to a casserole dish and add vegatables and stock of your choice. Place in the centre of oven until thoroughly cooked and piping hot. (Time 50-60 minutes Oven: 190°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
