Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Add cubed meat and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Transfer to casserole dish, add vegetables and stock of your choice. Cook in the centre of oven. (Time 1¼ -1½ hours Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
