Do not reheat once cooled.
Conventional oven (adjust for fan assisted ovens). Preheat oven. Do not remove or pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven on baking tray, stir and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. (Time 40mins Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Pierce film in several places. Place tray on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power. Halfway through heating time peel back film lid, stir, re-cover and heat for the remaining time. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Check food is piping hot. If not reheat for further brief period. Check that food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
