A hand-prepared fresh turkey breast on the bone. A convenient alternative to traditional whole turkey. Supplied in a roasting bag, simply place in the oven tray and roast for extra succulence.

For best results cook in a fan oven. (Bold) As appliances can vary, we recommend you check the running temperature of your oven with an oven thermometer before cooking your turkey, these cooking guidelines are based on a known oven temperature. Pre heat oven Remove outer packaging, place the turkey breast in the ovenable bag in a large roasting tin, there is no need to remove the label. Pierce the bag once with a sharp implement to create a small vent hole on the top of the bag. Place in the centre of a preheated oven and cook for the recommended time. Remove from the oven and open the bag with caution using a knife or scissors. Take care as steam will escape. Pierce the thickest part of the breast meat with a skewer and check that there is no pink meat and that the juices run clear. If more cooking time is required return it to the oven and continue cooking and retest after 15 minutes. Once cooked remove the turkey breast from the oven carefully remove the cooking bag, cover the crown loosely with foil and allow to stand for 20-30 minutes before carving.
