Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place the foil tray on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of the oven until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Stand for 5-10 minutes before carving. (Time 50 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
