A three tier (25cm, 20cm and 15cm) cake with a top tier of rich fruit cake covered with marzipan and soft icing and a middle and bottom tier of golden sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream filling. Each cake is finished with marzipan and ivory soft icing, with a delicate hand-piped scroll between two ribbons, and topped with handmade sugar-paste lily and rose decorations.
