A glorious pud for any get-together. Suitable for vegetarians. Melting chocolate&pecan brownie pud. Everyone loves a really good chocolate and pecan brownie. And rightly so: as far as delightfully dense and chocolatey things go it's more or less unbeatable. Well, that's what we thought. Until, one day we found ourselves smothering one with our unashamedly indulgent chocolate ganache and serving it all warm, glossy and Gü-ey. Sounds crazy. Untilütry it. So we giveüour incredible Melting Chocolate and Pecan Brownie Pud - sensational with a scoop of ice cream.
Pecan Chocolate Brownie (76%): Sugar, Flour, Pasteurised Whole Egg, Butter, Cocoa Powder, Vegetable Oil, PecanPieces (3.5%), Invert Sugar, Water, Chocolate Ganache (24%): Chocolate (13%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Vanilla), Whipping Cream, Butter, Glucose Syrup, Water, Potassium Sorbate
Preparation & Storage
- Caution: the pud can be hot.Although extra care has been made to remove all pecan shells some may still remain.Don't forget to warm me up!
