If drinking cows' milk causes you symptoms such as nausea, stomach cramps, bloating, gas and diarrhoea, this may be caused by the lactose in milk and could mean that you are lactose intolerant. How can lactofree help? Lactofree is made from cows' milk and filtered to remove half the milk sugars. Lactase enzyme is then added to the milk to break down the remaining milk sugars into simpler forms that your body can absorb. So what you get is delicious lactofree, which has all the nutritious goodness of regular milk. What is lactose intolerance? Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose - the sugar found naturally in cows' milk. Visit our website at www.lactofree.co.uk, where you can find out lots more about lactose intolerance and how to manage it. Cheese&yogurts are also available, visit lactofree.co.uk for stockist information. Lactofree®portion packs now available, visit lactofree.co.uk for stockist details.
