Burnt Sugar crumbly stem ginger fudge
For full on ginger nuts. We only use Fairtrade sugar because it's good and it helps the farmers. Stem ginger fudge. There's a lot of trial and error in making proper sweets (hence our name!) and we've been lucky enough to have some zealous fans of the good stuff at London's Borough Market over the years to tell us when we've hit the sweet spot. Like with our fiery stem ginger fudge - perfect for full on ginger nuts! We love to celebrate individuality, from our taste bud-tingling flavours and our perfectly irregular shaped little pieces of randomness, to the wonderful variety of foodie folk who like to indulge in our sweets (that's you!) at the end of the day. Everyone is different.
