Made from the noble grape Nebbiolo, cultivated on the Langhe Hills around the town of Barbaresco in south Piemonte. Following two years ageing in large oak cases, the wine develops a light red colour, the nose has rose flower notes and thearoma is rich with sweet tannins. This Barbaresco complements roast meats&cheese and is best served at room temperature.
