Pan fry with chicken or prawns then add coconut milk and sliced green beans and bamboo shoots for a simple Thai green curry, best served with freshly steamed Thai fragrant rice. Use this paste as a quick marinade with a little soya sauce and fish sauce.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5ºC and consume within 4 weeks.
