Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
For best results oven bake.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap salmon in buttered foil and form into a parcel, place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 20-25 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Remove all packaging. Heat a dessert spoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Pan fry fillets for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking. (Time 18-20 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC For use by date see front of pack Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.
