Preheat oven. Place sausages in a roasting tray in centre of oven, turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. (Time 35 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
MEDIUM / HOT HEAT Preheat grill. Place under a medium/hot grill. Turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. (Time 10-12 minutes)
HOT HEAT Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add sausages to hot pan, turn during cooking. Drain well before serving. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. (Time 10-12 minutes)
