Potato (94%), sunflower oil, salt, potato starch, potato maltodextrin, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavouring, garlic extract, yeast
For best results, gently heat a heavy based non stick frying pan until hot. Add the contents of the foil pouch, stir gently to break up. Press the mixture firmly down with the back of a large spoon and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn the Rosti over, then cook for a further five minutes. To cook in a stainless steel pan, ensure the pan is well seasoned, heat gently until hot, brush lightly with oil (do not use butter) and cook as above. (Time 10-15 minutes)
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5ºC and consume within 24 hours. Do not freeze.
